Without knowing further info, I can say that bloat and pop eye can both be rather serious. First thing I'd suggest is not feeding regular foods and using a piece of a pea from the freezer. Pop the shell off, warm a half between your fingers, cut into a fourth and feed to the fish. If it's only constipation that will help move things along. However pop eye points to further bacterial issues.

I use cooked mashed peas regually they will certainly help the constipation. Pop eye if it is that is a totally different situalion and requires medical treatments.

Certainly more info is required please.
