Hey IMCL,
Welcome to the site, sorry you're having problems with your fish. First off read [link=this post]http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/forums/The%20Hospital/43725.html?200407200128" style="COLOR: #EB4288[/link] and answer as many of the questions as possible. Most important are the water test results. If you dont have a master test kit yet your Local Fish Store (LFS) should be willing to test your water for you, just be sure to ask for the specific numbers and write them down. Having a master test kit on hand will mean you can check your water whenever you need to.

You mentioned you just got the fish, did you cycle the tank at all prior to placing the fish in the tank? [link=Here is a link about cycling]http://www.fishprofiles.net/faq/begin-cycling.asp" style="COLOR: #EB4288[/link].
Now, as for the symptoms. Do the dots look more like grains of salt? Or do they seem fuzzy?

hey acturally I already did a test result here u go

20 Gallon tank
with alot of live plants inside.
ph lvl = 8
NH3/NH4 amonia = 0
GH should be arround 1.5

My guppy ain't new to the tank I have them for like few weeks now. It just happen that after I added some new swordfish I bought from the pet store few days ago and the guppy become sick I guess it must be comes from the swordfish.

Okay, had for a few weeks....with the plants there that tank may never have cycled (consuming the ammonia from the fish too fast) or the plants are keeping your nitrAtes in like for you....

Yes, fish can bring things in with them... it's a good idea to quarentine whenever is possible.
So on the guppies, what do the patches look like? Grains of salt look would mean ich, which is common when fish become stressed and is easily treated with medications found in most all LFS's. White patches may be a fungus.
