im treating my tank for ich with a treatment that contains formaldehyde and malachite green. Can i still add plant food? and, would i still be able to feed my fish what i normally feed them? (flakes, bloodworms, cucumber)??

also, on the bottle of treatment, it says to treat the tank in another 3 days time and i was just wondering, should i do a water change and then treat? then wait another 3 days and so on for 2 or 3 weeks?

yes, you do a water change after 3 days and re-medicate until the situation is controlled.

For ich treatment, increase salt in your tank and raise the temp to around 29 degrees C to fasten the life cycle of the ich.
