![]() | Ich nearly gone - only one casualty |
Water Baby![]() Fingerling Posts: 29 Kudos: 10 Votes: 3 Registered: 31-Mar-2001 ![]() ![]() | Ok, so I have treated the ich, still treating although it is not on the fish anymore. I lost one upside down catfish during the process, but it didn't seem to have white spot on him at all, so unsure what happened there. My questions are however ![]() When can I turn the light back on??? Can fin rot be treated in the entire tank when it seems only one fish has it? My poor kissing gourami is in a netted tank that sits in the tank. I have no room to set up a quarantine tank. I would appreciate any help on this. |

I would not turn the lights on until you are sure there are no more problems and certainly not until the Gourami is back in the tank. With the fin rot it could be possible to take some water out of the tank add the gourami and treat it seperatly. Either that just treat the whole tank at the prescribed amount. I personally would prefer to treat the whole tank as it would put less stress on the concerned fish.
