Sea_mo![]() Small Fry Posts: 13 Kudos: 13 Votes: 0 Registered: 13-Nov-2004 ![]() ![]() | i have a goldfish that just sits at the bottom of the tank all day. it gets up to eat, and nown again swims around but it never used to do that. when we got it, it was fine but then we put mollies in the tank as well (bad move). the mollies seemed to be swimming into it hard so we got rid of the mollies. since then it just sits there. do u think my fish is sick or is just in shock? will it come right? Advice would be greatly appreciated |

Take all of the fish back and get a school of small tetra... 6 or so. Goldfish need 250+liter aquariums, as they get to be well over 30cm in length. |

The fact that they are being poisoned by their own waste is proof that they're not healthy. John.Stone mentioned the solution. That is about 227L for the fish. |

Unless you want dead fish you need to either move them to a HUGE tank of your own or return them to your local fish store. (Just in case there was any confusion) |
