I have seen them in some of the pictures that have been showing on here. Can you tell me what they are and if they will hurt the fish in the tank? I haven't cleaned the gravel at the end of the tank were I seen them do to angel fish eggs on the gravel. There wigglers right now by friday I can clean the gravel really good and and clean the sids of the tank.But what are coused from we have a 55 gal with 7 angels 2 are divided from the rest with there young. We have underground filter and a filter on top edith |

They won't hurt the fish, and many fish will eat them so I would not worry for now. Once the babies have grown to a couple of inches or are free from their parents, I would plan on cleaning that end of the tank before the next batch of eggs comes along. As Frank said, they are harmless and provide a good source of food for many fish. They will go away after their food source (the extra solid pollutants) is gone. |
