Hello. Tank 55gal . ammo and nitrite 0, nitrate was over 100 now at 40(did 33% H2O change 10 days ago and been runnin Nitrazorb). Tankmates 1 Angel , 3 loaches, 4 upside down cats, 1 Royal Plec 1 L264 plec and a german ram. Most fish were in a 30gal for bout 9 months and moved to 55 bout 3 weeks ago. 55 has been runnin for 10 months but was overstocked with c******s and synos (ie nitrates climbed on me). Symptoms: at top "gasping", LARGE belly, and frayed fins, and loss of equilibrium to a point. The other angel and all other fish are fine. Hes prolly not gonna make it, but did start my 10gal back up for QT if a possible cure is available. From disease ident got maybe swim bladder or OS shock or fin rot. Not sure myself as only disease ive ever dealt with was ICH. Thanx for any responses.

Hmm, no diagnosis here but if you've got the 10g running in readiness, I'd whip him out and put him in there straight away, even if it is to die.

Thanx Malaikah. I will as soon as its up to temp. Ive been away for 3 days and before I left all he had was a little big belly and thought notin of it. I think I got an extra heater somewhere Ill put that in.
