At every water change I use Seachem Stability. This keeps the good bacteria in a healthy condition.
Have you used this product?

With all the meds you have been using I suggest you use some carbon in the filters to remove any of the meds. Use the carbon twice about 3-4 days each time.

Looks like the tank is on the recovery list finally.
