It split right in the middle of the tail and the split goes about half way to his or her body. Will it eventually mend by itself, or is there something I need to do to increase it's chnaces of mending? I've been adding a little melafix. BTW, I have no idea how it happened, there are no big fish in the tank. |

Usually it's a heredity trait that no med treatment can reverse. You'll find that Guppies suffer from tail-splitting in some varieties, ruining them for breeding purposes. --garyroland. |
