My Blue ram has this little white spot in between his eyes and his colors are paler. I know it's not ich because the dot is considerably bigger than the spots formed when ich is present. Perhaps it could be an external parasite?

He's in a 90 gallon community tank. No ammonia or nitrites. Tank is 8 months old.

Here are the inhabitants:

7 zebra danios
6 congo tetras
1 BN pleco
2 female guppies
2 Angels
2 German Rams
1 powder Blue dwarf gourami
1 Black ghose knife

Currently I have no spare QT tank, so I'd have to treat the whole 90 gallons! So what do you guys think this is? Which is the best way to treat it?

i recomend u go out and get a 5-10 gallon for treatment
