My friend has a sick guppy and shes wondering what it is. I dont know whats wrong with it but heres the pic:

Its hard to tell from the distance but it doen't look good.

I also not sure what the exact problem is, but it certainly looks fatal. Tank parameters might help us determine what caused the symptoms which inturn will help your friend correct any problem so this doesn't happen again.

Massive stomach infection and rupture, he's a deader for sure. Cause is likely to be bacterial , parasitic or dietary, possibly all three. Dont think we can help with this one, but knowing a little more about the conditions the fish lived under might stop it from happening again.

Id euthanise asap, that looks damn painful, and he doesnt need to live in that condition of suffering for a moment longer. Bonk him on his little noggin, and dont flush him, make sure he gets wrapped and binned.
