It looks to be on the inside of the fish bhind the pelvic fin, it looks like a spot female livebears have when they get pregnate. but ive never heard of brochis geting spots. doses anyone have an idea of what it could be?? |

The color of the spot (The color can signal a -lot- of different things. It's probably black from what you mentioned about livebearers spots, but I'm a stickler sometimes) Tank parameters, tank mates, and any behavioral changes of the fish. |

If the spot seems to be inside the fish and not lumpy or growing, it could just be natural coloring, and since there are no behavorial changes with the fish, I think he's fine for now. If you to notice the spot getting fuzzy or appearing more outside the body, then come back and post. G'luck! ![]() |
