I have a water cow sleeper goby, He has sever white lumps on the outside of his mouth. what is this and what should i do?

hey,welcome to the site,first off before we can help you,you need to help us!we need all your water parameters,
ph,ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,kh,etc,etc.how big is your tank,what else is kept in it,how often do you do water changes,what sort of filtration do you have,what your feeding them,and how often!im sorry for the bombardment of questions,but you really need to post these answers,so we can get a better idea of whats wrong with your fish!also if you can a photo does wonders,then we can see what your seeing..
