I did a 30% water change about 3 hours ago, but since then all my fish ( about 25 in total ) are swimming right at the top of the tank. Water temp is fine, PH is good and everything I have done today I have done everytime before when changing the water. My Pleco is staying at the bottom, but I have 4 clown loaches who are also intermitantly just swimming around the top. All the fish was well aclimatised and have all been together a while, so I am at a loss to understand why they are all acting in this way. Cheers! |

Was the temperature of the water the same temperature as the tank water? edit- What size tank, by the way. Also, how often do you do those water changes?
