Good evening all,

Hope someone can help with this my very first thread!

I did a 30% water change about 3 hours ago, but since then all my fish ( about 25 in total ) are swimming right at the top of the tank. Water temp is fine, PH is good and everything I have done today I have done everytime before when changing the water.

My Pleco is staying at the bottom, but I have 4 clown loaches who are also intermitantly just swimming around the top. All the fish was well aclimatised and have all been together a while, so I am at a loss to understand why they are all acting in this way.

Cheers!

Did you dechlorinate the water? Was the temperature of the water the same temperature as the tank water?

edit- What size tank, by the way. Also, how often do you do those water changes?
