By white spot, do you mean ich? If you have added the meds all you can do is follow the directions and wait. Make sure to do a water change per the medication instructions.

Be sure to create more surface agitation, either by way of an airstone or a powerhead. The higher the temp of the water, the less dissolved oxygen in it, and the fish can actually die from it. It's known as "hypoxyia".

Additionally, if you notice the fish begin to breathe heavily, turn the temp back a few degrees.

What temp have you turned the water up to? Which med did you buy?

Test your nitrates, if they are above 10/20ppm it might be an idea to start treatment again - the higher the nitrates, the less effect the meds have as they first react with the nitrates in the water. Its suggested a good water change is made prior to treating to get the organic componds down.

Turned temp up to 82 for now, did my tank maintanance the day before nitrates were 12.5 the first one on the tetra nitrate test kit.

Often, whitespot shows up after a water change...

If that was the case, the temp of the new water was not an exact match to the tank water.

I'd like to see 30c as a temp, Kitty.
