Fry will not survive treatments as well as adult fish. It likely has a bacteria infection. My female congo tetra looked exactly the same and I lost a male overnight to fuzzy stuff on his sides. I treated with maracyn and saved both the female and another male that was starting to get it. It took about 3 days for the white stuff to leave her gills. |

Get some antibiotics and treat the sick fish, although removing the fry from the main tank would be best as the other fish may get the same infection. |
