Ok i notice during feeding time this new cherry i brought has little white specks on its body. Its not really scraching itself it swims around alot and where the water is pouring out the filter it shoots thru there i dont know if this is a symptom of ich. The question is should i treat the whole tank.......ph 7.2 0 a,0 ni, ?na, 80-83 degress daily tank mates..... 3 panda cories, 5 zebra dainos ,2 other cherries. Another question is a i read the bottle and it says it might be hastened with an 82 degree tank how can i lower the temp?

The entire tank MUST be treated.
Fish dont' always flick when they have ich (IME anyway) if it looks like grains of salt than it's most likely ich. Don't lower the temp, raising the temp after meds are added is always a helpful route (raised temp increases the live cycle of the parasite). The bottle suggest 82 since most tanks are kept cooler. With all medicateions keep up treatment according to the directions, and increase surface agitation by adding an airstone.

good luck

Yes take the carbon out, it'll just absorb the meds.

I've treated corys with maracide before, which doesnt' claim to be safe for scaleless fish. What medication are you using ?
