I just noticed today one of my 3-lined cory's has a cloudy bubble ABOVE his eye. Nothing seems wrong with the actual eye though...any ideas on what might be wrong with my cory

If it's an actual bubble, try to knock it off. I forget why, but bubbles can be dangerous to fish. Otherwise, I don't really know what to tell you.

Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
NitrAte: 5-10 ppm
pH: 7.4-7.6
