hi, i have a fantail with a raised bump on each side of his body, under the skin of each bump is a white spot, he has no white spots anywhere else nor do the others, he doesnt seem bothered but the bumps have just appeared over night and i am worried, any ideas?

Welcome to FP... It may be some type of a parasite, but is difficult to tell without some type of visual. Can you post a picture?

Are they on his gill plates? Male goldfish develop breeding tubercules when they're "in the mood" that show as small white bumps on the gill plates, though there are usually more than you're describing.

Hello,the first fish has lost his bumps but another fish!! has got them now, just one on his side the same bump like a boil and white inside i have photo but can't get it on here have treated them with easha 2000 but no luck
