Abdomen bloated, more so one flank. fish is swimming almost vertically. Only one of five affected. Any ideas??

Let's start with some water parameters i.e. tank size, PH, Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate levels. Could be dropsy. Are his scales sticking out like pine cones? Hopefully it is not Dropsy as the prognosis is usually never good. It could also be that he is just constipated. Try feeding half of a pea, if he's constipated that should help. Keep us updated on how things go. good luck!
