Nick   Fish Addict 33 Posts: 553 Kudos: 668 Votes: 509 Registered: 09-Aug-2004   | Let's start with some water parameters i.e. tank size, PH, Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate levels. Could be dropsy. Are his scales sticking out like pine cones? Hopefully it is not Dropsy as the prognosis is usually never good. It could also be that he is just constipated.
