"Rid Ich Plus" is the accepted treatment for ich...

What you've dosed now will probably fail to eradicate the ich parasite.

Increase the temp to 28 deg C.(82 F) and keep it constant for more than a week. Use the medication as per the instructions everyday till the white spots dissappear. Dont forget the gravel siphoning once or twice a week.

If you havent already take out the carbon as it will absobe some of the treatment. I would still treat mabe 1-2days after there are no notice able spots on the fish. TO make sure that all the parasites are ridid of. Adding some salt wouldnt hurt ether.

I must remind my friend in India that 28c will not do the job with stubborn ich...

A temp of 86 degrees, 30c, is a killer for the ich parasite along with meds.
