	jungle clear tank buddies for ick

As with some other ich medications, ich clear by Jungle turns the water blue. Their products have worked for me in the past (and friends of mine) but the treatment was hard on my sensetive otocinclus. If you do use this medication, use less than the directed amount (directed amount: 1 tablet per 10 gallons, i think)to make sure you keep your fish safe. Good luck! I've got a fever... and the only prescription... is more cowbell!

tkchill02 Hobbyist Posts: 83 Kudos: 52 Votes: 0 Registered: 13-Aug-2004	I have used the tank buddies for fungus-(fungus clear-I believe is the name) but not for ICK. Sorry. A med I use is Quick Cure(bought at Wal-mart)it has Formalin and malachite green. It is safe for scaleless fish at half doses, just treat twice as long. It is also safe for my plants. I love it! Works everytime. If your fish get fungused by the ick,then use the fungus clear-tank buddies fizzing tablets. It works usually in one dose.Great meds.
