fish hasnt eatin for days, whats wrong with him?

The fact that he hasn't eaten is probably why your are seeing stringy poop. Are there any other visible signs you can see wrong with the fish? Also what about your setup and water parameters, posting those will help everyone here help you!

all other 14 fish are doing fine(perfect condition) its not a matter of enviroment. he stays to himself breathing rather heavily, staying still and all fins out. doesnt hardly swim at all, he is a rather young fish.


to put in comparison, all other fish are breathing like us humans would be walking constantly(which they are pretty much doing because they swim constantly and apppear healthy) he on the other hand is breathing like hes constantly sprinting only hes not doing anything. mouth is opening and closing rapidly.

belly amost appears to be swollen a bit, not sure, visual appearance of the fish is flawless. fins color etc....

Try a shelled pea to make sure the baby fish isnt constipated, abit hard if the fish isn't eating not a good sign, sorry.

That "string" may be a parasite...

Watch for movement.
