Also, I think your CO2 and O2 levels may be getting thrown off by the plants...one of the plant experts'll swing by and let you know more about that though... ![]() PM/email/msg me if you have any questions/comments regarding me or my knowledge or if you want me to read a thread. |

What size tank is this and what are the other specific fish in the tank? A high nitrate level could very well be the reason why your fish are sickly and not behaving as they should. Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away and you have their shoes. |
