Dropsy is fatal nearly all the time, and since it is merely a symptom and not a disease, what's causing it may or may not be contageous. You should isolate the fish and let her die on her own, or if you cannot do that, it would be best to destroy her.  I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash. |
