You could try adding some melafix and a little salt to her water. This might help her or it might now,
but it would be worth a try!
Good luck!

she is covered in them, and she is a few days over due to give birth, but all these red welt like....things apeared in the last 12 hours, parameters are on the way, and i just added 10 crystals of aqua salt, and a small dosage of mela fix, i have her in a 1 gallon holding container with some water sprite and some pond moss, but only a little, i am going to take a walk down to the local pond later today (maybe) to pick up a few more clumps, i just gave them a water change yestarday or the day before, about 7.5 gallons (its a 29 gallon)no other guppies are showing signs of this (or other fish) and she is huge atm i just feel like i wanna give her a squeeze, but it would probly kill her, i have seperated her so that she can be treated, and so that if she dies, i might be able to save some of the fry

Fishyhelper- sometimes female guppys rupture and blood vessels burst.
Sorry to hear it, it is usually caused by carrying too many fry.

i agree you don't no what you are fetching into the tank, i would remove the moss, all types of parasites could be living in there, are they flicking and rubbing against objects, are the gills red and inflamed, also are they heavy breathing, can you see any visable sign s of parasites on the fish body.

So you're using plants from your local waterways?
Are you makeing sure it's "clean" before adding it. You could be adding any number of parasites, funguses or who knows what else.
Raised and swollen patches could be from a parasite, could also be bacterial. Numbers when you get them will help.
