i want to know what meds i can mix. but i can only get surtin meds from walmart. i cant go to a fish store and i cant order them online because it would take to long and my mother would say no so i would like to know if i can mix melafix and quick cure. for my torn up betta. he was attacked by my other betta and i know ther arent aloud to be to gether but he jumpe din to his side of the tank and got torn up so what can i do for him let me know thank u :#(

Melafix is fairly safe enough to mix with other meds.

Here's a listing of meds I found that should NOT be mixed
Ampicillin with ANYTHING
Chloramphenicol with Erythromycin, Furans, Tetracycline, Sulfas
Erythromycin with Chloramphenicol
Gentamycin with ANYTHING
Kanamycin with ANYTHING
Tetracycline with Ampicillin, Chloramphenicol, Erythromycin, Furans, Penicillin, Sulfas, Baking Soda
Penicillin with Tetracycline
Sulfas with Copper

To be on the safe side never mix unless you know exactly what you are doing.

Melafix and Primafix are compatable as they are made by the same company and it states that on their label.

You can mic Quick Cure with Melafix, I've done it.
