There are many medications out there to treat ich, if there are any bottom feeders in the tank look for rid ich plus as it was specially formulated to treat tanks with more sensitive fish. You need to treat the whole tank and treat quickly. Follow the directions for treating exactly. Do not stop treatement simply because the dots "went away". Posts: 2623 Kudos: 2462 Votes: 337 Registered: 29-Mar-2003	Listen to Babel, she knows what she's saying...head on over to your lfs and get some ich meds, just make sure you get the ones that are safe for the bottom feeders, you don't want them to die from being treated to save them.
