Otherwise you'll end up with a second surgery like what happened to me.

I didn't follow orders, and ended up with a second herniated disc with internal bleeding. 4 days later I'm now back home again.

It wasn't so much as following instructions, I was just sitting in a chair that was too low. The result was pain in my leg, which on saturday caused me to lose my footing briefly, twist and bend to catch myself from falling.

That is probably what caused the problem, but still, they had to go in and repair the damage (and it was worse than before also), and make sure that I am doing everything properly now.

We have a home health nurse coming in today to check up on me, as well as physiotherapy coming also..

On the plus side, I lost 4lbs from my previous surgery, maybe I can do it again

That's a bummer. At least you didn't have to stay too long in the hospital.

Hope you feel better soon. Also don't forget to ask for the medicine that makes you feel "funny"
