hmmm, that's an awful lot of sushi!
I wonder how they dry & salt a jellyfish, I can't imagine there is too much left after drying.

That's all jellyfish. It has an interesting texture, like, uh, I'm not really sure how to desscribe it. Crunchy jello? Pickled jellyfish salad=best food ever (I'm of Asian descent--we eat everything).
