First here's the background of what's going on...

-9/14 I listed fish for sale on Aquabid

-Same day a woman emailed me from the site, said she was interested, would I accept a money order

-I replied with all the info: exactly what she would receive, when I could ship, my address, exact cost

-9/16 yes she wants to buy them, said she would send a M/O

-9/24 I sent a polite email saying I hadn't received payment, did she still want the fish

-Same day reply:
I have bought sooo many lately it is getting hard for me to keep up with. I do believe I sent the money order, if you dont recieve it, would it be ok if I cancel if not I will go ahead and send one I can't even remember what kind they were

-Same day I wrote her back saying I needed payment by today; she wrote back again saying yes, she still wanted them

I don't know what to do at this point ]:| She only has 2 feedback ratings, both positive...I really just want to tell her it's cancelled and leave negative feedback. I think I gave her every opportunity and it's been almost 2 weeks...any opinions?

Bust her. Post a very negative feedback on the wench. I've bought a ton of things off of Ebay including my car and if you can't keep up with what you're bidding on and follow through with the $$$$ Then get your butt off of those websites. I'm sorry, but I have no patience for deadbeats such as this. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of people that would do the right thing and rightfully pay for your fishy!!

Do you want your fish going to someone who doesn't remember what they're getting?

Take her money, keep the fish.

My bets are that with even a remotely positive feeback rating, she has the intention to actually purchase the fish. If nothing comes in with the second money order, leave a neg-neutral, keeping in mind that she did maintain contact with you, despite the faulty transaction.

I have to agree with Dave....if she can't remember what she bid on or what she's getting is this person responsible enough to remeber how to take care of it??
