It's snowing in my yard right now. The last time that happened was like four years ago, and the time before that was in 1976.

It's not really sticking though, because temperature is in the high 30s. Hopefully some will stick tonight though when the temperature drops below freezing.

What a treat!
I lived in Portland, Oregon for 9 years and we only saw snow a handful of times. It's all the more exciting when it doesn't happen often! The thing about Portland is that when it's cold enough for snow, they usually get ice storms too. Then the whole city shuts down. Pretty cool (for a day or two).

I grew up in Idaho and moved back here last summer. There's not as much snow here as I remember from my childhood. Global warming maybe...

hope the snow sticks there! I love the snow sooo much i wish i lived further up north so i could get some. But o well i still get some snow every year where i live. I guess better thn nothing.

Well..... you can always come to Canada, and shovel my drive way, and clear all the snow away that you want, im glad it finally starting to melt away

I get why people who never see snow like it, but take a winter or two in the north and you will understand why we hate it so much.

My cousin from Florida thought it was amazing until we handed him a shovel and sent him to the driveway.

yea, the snow was pretty elusive this winter. Tis very nice now, but will be back to the 30's soon.
