It is/was their 50th Anniversary, which you will see from a couple of the pics. Here's Mr. Toad's Wild Ride: The Matterhorn Bobsleds: Space mountain: Splash Mountain: Tiki Room: Small World : Jungle Cruise: Train Station and Flowers: They had these pictures made from pictures(if you know what I mean)of people and whatnot at Disneyland over the last 50 yrs. I agree that Florida is better. I have also been to both. Thanks Matty... I am a Disneyworld Junkie and I was due for a fix. It's been a year this week since I was last there. --although, how come there are no people in your pictures?. . .hmmm -- "it's the neck, it creaks under the weight of too much heavy thinking."

They had just reopened the one in Florida about a week before I went last year and it was closed the morning I to the Magic Kingdom... BUT, they opened it after lunch so I was ok.
