Well I am getting Married Feb. 18th, 2006(yes literally right around the corner) And well we cant decide where to go. Cruises are out of the question, And going anywhere internationally is too. We live in Minnesota, and he wants to drive somewhere, and i want to go to Boston? Any suggestions of places to go from you already "married people?"

I'm single, but I know a nice place in Canada you could visit ...

Reflections On The Bay

It's on its own little island. Nice serene tranquil place for you to spend your first married days together.

Oh, the rooms are all individual. Furnishings are quite lavish. Proprietor is a very sweet lady with an 11 year old daughter. The place used to have its own website (and a very ornate one) but the domain has lapsed.

Durango, CO is nice...

I know of a fantastic lodge you could stay at too. And the prices aren't all that bad...

The Tetons are beautiful (not married, but if you want natural beauty that's what I think of as a definition).

You should go to Iowa.

I've got a fever... and the only prescription... is more cowbell!

Well, not sure if it's driving distance for you, but South Padre Island, TX is 30 miles from where I live and it's a nice place for a honeymoon!

Temps are in the 80's & 90's these days.

Nah...it's kind of like any island...the temp stays fairly constant. It will get into the higher '90's in mid-summer, but it rarely goes over 100 out on the island (ocean breeze). Now inland, here where I am....you are right summer is downright miserable....over 100 with 80-90% humidity. Torture, I say!
