It has an eraser!!!!!!

I can't believe the price of these things. That prevented me from buying one for a long time. I managed to find it cheaper than what Wacom was selling them for but it was still a large bill. My check book hates me right now
but I'm glad I spent the money.

My store is my own site through CafePress. I desided until I am able to get a 'following' of considerable size, I'd rather not deal with inventory.

Ok... here's my first attempt with my tablet. I scanned in one of my pencil drawing and then went insane with Paintshop Pro.

The Desert's Daughter

Of course the anatomy issues show up after I'm past the point of no return.

Edit: Typing issues.

Or at least not until the novelty of using my Wacom Intuos 3 wears off! I've had my eye on this bugger for a while and finally broke down and purchased it. I'm glad I did!! I love it! Now I just need some time in front of my computer (instead of work's 'puter) so I can do some serious photoshopping and paint shop pro-ing! This is going to make running my store so much easier! *click* *point* *tap* *drag*

Only down side, I had to disable my firewall while installing and stupidly didn't unhook the internet connection, and managed to get a virus. Grrrr.....

P.S.
The Store in case you were wondering.

ooh., another Wacom convert! I have just bought the Grafire, after starting to get some real RSI problems with my last mouse. I love it, but, if I may ask, why did you have to geton the internet during install, I just installed from the CD with my firewall and AV up, no problem.
Of course, I now have to reinstall windows, cos it's throwing up some issues with the tablet, but that's par for the course

I had to disable my firewall because it kept interfering with the installation. It has an application that terminates programs from running if they look suspisious (sp?). So when installing new software it's easier to disable it. Usually I just hit the switch to kill the internet connection (it's right infront of me) but I was too excited and forgot to. It was just a little virus though, and the 'puter's fixed.

ah one of those annoying firewalls!!

the only thingI'm dreading is the windows reinstall, I've been advised to use a PS2 mouse until i have got to the point of installing the tablet drivers, or apparently it's pretty much unusable. My bf has the same tablet as you (mine's the model down) and taht was his advice.

ooOOoo lucky you ...I had to go running around for one for boss B cause his hand was cramping up waaay too much from editing for 12+ hours with a mouse for one of the videos we produced :%). I'd always wanted one...till I saw the price :%).

As for the cards and such .....is that your own site? I ask because I've been getting my rear end kicked by coworkers to start offering my photographs for sale :%).
