Ok.. so maybe it's because I work mainly overnights, but does anyone else find themselves getting sucked into late night Infomercials??

My favorite is the "Little Giant Ladder System" but, I find myself really want to get the "Pasta Express"...

And last night I found myself purchasing a "Magic Bullet". (Blender kinda thing for those who are not familiar)

The only way I get sucked in is when i can't sleep in the wee hours and turn on the television. Flick around from station to station, settle on one to wait for ye olde black and white movie to recommence after the ad only to find the ad is an interminable infomercial.

I do not wish to purchase the items though. I have no shoes that I wish to cut through, ginsu knife or not. NO I will not be tempted with a knifeblock.

I liked the press thing that you mush and slice veggies with, and i do find myself thinking of Chef Tony when I'm cutting bread now...

Now up to 2 "Magic Bullets"!! Still don't have a "Little Giant Ladder System" but I think that's going to have to wait til I get a house.

Did make some AWESOME smoothies though.. GO GET A MAGIC BULLET!

I highly reccommend the Set it and Forget it for college students living in dorms. You'll easily be the most popular person on your floor when you're cooking yourself 2 cornish hens/ a whole roasted chicken/ 6 lobster tails (with the optional basket!)/ or a pork loin roast and everyone else is eating cafeteria food. Just make sure to hide it during "fire drills"...

Ah, memories, I miss those college days
