	Need your opinion please
angiewny Big Fish Posts: 430 Kudos: 446 Votes: 47 Registered: 18-May-2003	We need to get rid of some of our "treasures" we've acquired. I have a piece of driftwood that I'd like to sell but I don't know how much to ask for it. I know driftwood is expensive, and this is a larger piece. It measures 42" long by 5 1/2" wide at the widest part. I'm going to try to attach a picture. Justin_1986 Enthusiast Posts: 290 Kudos: 21 Votes: 1 Registered: 04-Feb-2001	Personally I wouldnt pay anything for a piece of driftwood, but I do have access to the lakes and rivers around here. Depending on where you live and the availability of quality wood around will determine your price.

It is pretty big, which is good, but it doesn't have any branching, which is not so good. I assume it has been in a tank already. If not then the buyer would have to “ripen” it first, so it sinks and has no tannins. Did you buy it or find it (if found - did it come from the ocean?).
