Do you eat hot sauce, or are you too chicken? If you do use hot sauce, what is your favorite kind?

To start things off, I'm an avid hot sauce user. I looooove to use it with dinner, usually on meat or grains. My favorite hot sauce is the Mad Cat habanero hot sauce. It's good stuff!

Everyone knows Louisiana Crystal is the only REAL hot sauce!

It's real good in tuna mixed with Kraft real mayonaise (the one with lemon ), a bit of salt and a dash of mustard powder.....not that I eat tuna much anymore

I like hot sauce sometimes, but I'm not a real fanatic. I actually don't even have a favourite brand. When I was living up in Ottawa I bought the cheapest stuff at the grocery store and ate it on practically everything. I don't remember the brand but I haven't seen it since and I know it was delicious.

I like Franks Red-Hot sauce.....on pretty much anything

There is always Tapatio in our house. i dont use it much, but my boyfriend practically drinks it.

I dont but I have, we was all having dares to do and mine was to down (drink it all in one go) and that was a really bad thing to do but it was a laugh

I was talking about hot sauce the other day with someone from here...lookin_around maybe??

I like the fresh stuff...but you don't find it too often (or at least what taste that good on this side of the state)...When living in Presidio, it was all fresh, and a little dab would do you with most of it...there was this one place they had to replace their spoons at least every 3 days or so (wooden) because of the acidity of the salsa they served would eat through the spoons...it was great stuff...and talk about a way to clear the sinuses!!! (and I wonder why I have stomach problems ) Of course locals used to laugh at the tourists who would take these huge bites of salsa before getting any water and never doing the "dip and shake test" to see how HOT it was!!!:%)
