i'd rather be home than here at work

Hi,
Understand your comments about the snow. Up at the house
we have snow several feet deep. Down here in the suburbs
of Denver we had 3-4 inches overnight.

The same thing happens each year.

All the folks who purchased 4x4s during the Spring, Summer,
and Fall, are now having rollovers and other accidents as
they learn that 4wheel drive means 4wheel glide on icy,
and snow packed roads. I try to stay off them and out of
their way for the first couple of snow falls, by then all
but the diehard immature ones have learned their lessons.

yeah, it's snowing here too, I'll probably have to go out and shovel in a little while. Today is like a pre-storm, and we are suppose to get hit hard tomorrow. I dont mind it too much, I like the snow.

Sorry for all you guys and girls having problems with the snow. I live on the Goldcoast in Sunny Australia and have never seen snow, bar from on the T.V.
So I'll send on over some sunny cheer for you all.

I wish we got three feet of snow, we could all have a couple of days off. British people are great at being totally rubbish with weather extremes, we all faint in queues in summer, and all freeze to death in winter. I think we must like getting stuck in snow, and I think we love the drama of saying how hot it is.

Canadians just whip out the snowchains and soforth and get on with life, the british like to pretend they cant see when driving in snow and crash into things. Sign of a bored society.

I hate the heat.

Yeah Tim, that looks like what we have.

The sad part is, I can't play in it (no time ), it caused a party I was going to go to to be cancelled, and I am working now from 4-6am because of it (the usual weeknight person was snowed in. I live here so I don't have that excuse).

But, I don't think I've seen this much snow at once during my whole time here!

Kinda disappointed actually. . .we only got 2-3" here. And, most of it is melted already.

Although, I really dislike driving in the snow, I still like to look at it!! Can it snow only on the sides of the roads and the lawn and not on the road?!? :%)

I think the only upside to lots of snow on roads is school closings, and the ability to do lots of fun doughnuts in unplowed icy parkinglots!

other than that i love snow, and cold weather. I freeze my backyard over and play hockey on it.
