He used to make ginger beer using yeast, sugar, lemon juice and water then split the plant and give it to friends and neighbours. They would use it as a starter for their own ginger beer 'plant'1) Does anybody have a recipe for a traditional ginger-beer plant? 2) For the ultimate challenge - how do I make my DIY CO2 unit double as a ginger-beer factory?! ![]() |
