Just thought Id tell you all about this.

I know stand are really high. So, tonight I was at Walmart and I went to the little furniture dept they have to see what they may have that would work for a tank stand. They had a book shelf there made by Suader. They make the cheaper type entertainment centers and bookshleves. Think they are made with a presswood like material. Anyway.....here it is.

This would work great for an aquarium stand. I am guesing up to about 30 gallons would sit on it. I dont know how long 30 gallons are but my ten is 20 inches long.

At my Wal Mart it was $21.43.

Thought someone might could use it!! The more money you save on tank stands, the more you have to buy fish and ect.!!

30g tanks are generally 36" long, which makes them too long for the shelf in the link.
