Sea Creatures - ( This is the best LFS I've ever been to, he gets so many tropical fish, and he gets some of the rarest, hardest fish to obtain in regularly.)

Sea World (another great LFS )

PJ's Pet ( ehh.. alright I guess)
Petco ( same as PJ's)

Petco :\

Though the Petsmart has improved vastly...it looks absolutely fabulous(a tad pricey though).

The Fish Bowl

edit: I forgot Aquatic Plant Depot, for plants! :%)

Aquatic habitat, expensive but good.Decent knowledge on site, and good quality fish and equipment.

Aquajardin when the habitat is closed or traffic makes it hard to get to.Nice selection but the average age of assistant is like 15, and it doesnt help on the knowledge or thorough care front.

And pets at home when I need dry foods. No way would I ever actually buy a fish from them.

For fish:
[link=Living Sea Aquarium]http://www.livingseaaquarium.com/" style="COLOR: #00A0AE[/link] Sometimes expensive, but have good quality and variety. Fish only, really... the supplies/tanks can be had MUCH cheaper elsewhere.

Supplies:
Petsmart
Petco
Petland (good quality bettas here, too)
Pet Supplies Plus
Walmart (limited selection, but cheap! )

There's a bunch of online suppliers I use for plants and other supplies.

I only buy fish from my LFS... though bettas come from all of the above places.

Not in preferance order. Only two are close Jano's is in the local shopping center and Petorium I have to pass on the way home from gym three times a week.

All of these I would recommend some better than others. They all seem to have their speciality in one way or another.

Aquarium Plus East Bentleigh
Blackburn Aqu Blackburn South
Bunarong Aquarium Frankston
Jano's Pet Lovers suppliers
Mentone Aquarium Mentone
Oakleigh Aquarium Oakleigh
Petorium Mornington
Regency Aquarium Croydon

I would visit at least two ever week. All are privatley onwned and the owner is usualy there on most days. On a Aquarium look and see I would go to four this could take most of the day as it will include a visit to several garden nurseries. Total about 200klm
