I woke up to go to work this morning, did the normal routine, walked out the door to leave and this is what I found

It was quite distressing and aggravating. There were several cars around mine, but they chose to ignore those. ]

Another pic

And another

I reported it to the police, but there is only so much they can do.

Is it insured?

Yeah, it's insured, so they will be covering all of it except the deductible. Unfortunately I live in an apartment complex, so a garage is simply not an option.

well, that's not too bad at least. You'll get the money, and no living things were hurt at least

:#(I'm so so so sorry:#(

At least you have insurance, even though I know my deductible would eat my lunch probably:#(

I know that my first year here in Houston I woke up Christmas to drive to my folks in Austin and found that someone had gone through our complex and stolen all of the spare tires off of the Ford Rangers]:|

It seems as though some people really get a sick kick off of destroying other people's belongings]:|

I'm sorry for your mess, I know it will take forever to get the glass out of the car, at least you didn't get hurt, heidi

was anything stolen, or just a broken window?

Nope, not a thing was stolen, and I had some pretty expensive audio stuff in there. Just the two windows destroyed. Yeah, the deductible is pretty high, but it's still a fraction of the cost of the whole thing.

As for glass removal, the company who is replacing the windows will also thoroughly vacuum the entire car.
