I am a morning person, but not always by choice. Granddaughter likes to rise before the sun and makes sure that I do too.

Had to get up at 4:45 am today to go to work. Not happy. Wanted to beat something's head in. Found a shovel. Found nothing to beat up. Remained tired.

I jump out of the bed a greet the world with a smile each day.

well.... most days anyway

I'm okay but give me a little bit of time and some caffeine

I start work at either midnight or 4am, depending on the day of the week so my 'mornings' are a bit off schedule from most other people's

I'm in college, what do you expect? Taco bell for breakfast and for lunch it's Keystone Light.

I rarely go to sleep before midnight anymore.

On the other hand, when I do wake up I am sort of a groggy person and people like to mess with me . Never happens at night, but in the morning I'm kind of dopey. I have strange ways of waking up too. This morning a friend stopped by my room to talk to me - my roomie answered the door and apparently told her I was asleep... at which time I was, and could hear my roommate's voice, but when my friend started talking I woke up right away (fortunately had gotten plenty of sleep). Usually if I wake up like that, I can't go back to sleep, and sure enough, I couldn't. There have been other times I've heard some noise and sat bolt upright in bed. That can be painful in a loft...

It is VERY hard to get me out of bed The only thing that wakes me up is....breakfast!

Totally. If I wake up on my own, I'm usually in a good mood, like Dani said. But if I have to get up and go take a test in schoool...then keep away. I like getting up when I have a meet or something though, those days are fun. It depends. Monday's are always the worst, though I cannot wait for this one.
