Dont you sometimes wish you were 3 again and could get away with a temper tantrum !

Long story short...I need to find a body shop that wont damage my car further when I take it in to fix the last bit of damage that they did.
Additionally I need a shop whos manager wont treat me like dirt and argue with me for 10 minutes as to how blue paint got on the interrior of my car. I don't own paint let alone blue paint

Do what we do around here and sue the pants off the body shop that ruined your car.

Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Do you have a video camera? If so take it with you and point it at the manager while you discuss the proposed work and any problems you had with previous work.

If nothing else, he should be polite while arguing.

babel does that mean when we are past the age of 3 we aren't allowed to throw ourselves in the floor and have a tempertantrum? I keep wondering why people occassionally looked at me funny when I had one in the stores

well, Balbel, if it's any concellation; they do it over here too.
When I brought my car to the shop to have a new rear bumper fit, they broke my right tail light, scratched the paint on the sides when they used a screw driver as alever to get the old bumper off and "forgot" to put locking rings on the bolts when they fitted the new bumper.

My insurance agent, who directed me to them in the first place, actually cursed the whole place together, when after three times (!) they still hadn't fixed it all and started threatening that they would charge it all to my insurance.

Tell you one thing; that company (a very large one in Holland) will never work for my insurance company (also a very large one) again!

The best thing to do, is indeed, take pictures of the car before you take it to the shop (best: take them in the shop when you leave it there) and confront them with any additional damages afterwards.

On top of that, I have to agree: you're in America: SUE THEM

And Troy, I do believe that is a cow...not really a "longhorn" but more of a short horn Maybe one of the cows from Chick Fillet? (can't spell I know it)

Last Saturday was pretty nice--we went down to Hopkins for a visit.

I think Koi has the TY beanie baby goat on her dashboard. I only know that because I'm pretty sure I have the same one up in my bedroom.

That was August First or second, and hey not my beenie baby LOL it is a stuffed longhorn cow though. The sky was gorgous and went to the oldest running fair in the United States in Richmond Virginia maybe? not sure the locals gave directions and we scouted it out Pretty sure it was on the virginia side of DC
