you need to ask yourself what are the most important features you want in a car? then figure out if what you're wanting matches with what you are looking at.

i agree, a list of priorities and budget is in order. Several different things can play in the decision of a vehicle. Climate, needs, driving style, efficiency, utility, etc etc. Also, a lot can change in two years, so constantly be on the lookout for new things!!

If you where looking at new cars reconsider used. Many companies have great certified programs.

certified just means that they can charge you extra for your used car. it's nothing different than the "normal" once over they give a used car before putting it on the lot, they just give it a fancy name.

The search is over! Buy my Grand Am. It's a 1995 and only has 192,400 miles on it!

(The sad thing though, I am not exaggerating.. it really does have that many miles.)

Most certified programs offer a warentee as good as a new car would have. That is why they are a little more.

I think that you'd better have a really sweet job to afford a vehicle payment and insurance on something like that.

You mean an SUV...

Armadas seem nice...but pretty big. More like a truck than a car I guess.
I bet those things are pretty expensive...hope you have lots of money.

I like Tahoes...though I've never had one myself. They are pretty truckish..while not being a truck.

Its good to have options..so think of a few vehicles you like. Because when you are ready to buy one, you want a good price of course and you may end up spending lots more money because you wanted one particular car.

Hondas and Toyotas are pretty much the safest vehicles you can get. I know their cars are safe. Not sure about SUV's..I'm guessing they are up there though on the safest SUV list. Toyota 4-Runners are pretty nice...and a truckish car.

That's because Volvos pretty much have a frame of solid steel. It makes them really heavy so they generally suck at accelerating.

lets play ask the car salesman, ohh, that's me. the only thing you need to concern your self with is what you want your payments to and how much money you are putting down.

by the way, anyone in Baltimore, Md wanting to buy a new or preowned hyundai, lincoln, mercury, dodge, chrysler, jeep, toyota or sazuki, let me know, this is what i do for a living, plus wouldn't it be nice to meet a fellow member and basically pay for his tanks.

bye the way, any tips u want just ask me.

chris

I don't know I get hit on a lot in my fords

but they are rather big for most women

Empty chairs at empty tables, the room silent, forlorn.

No offense, but the only pontiac I would drive is a GTO!
I just don't like the look of them...except for the GTO.

Nay, volvo

True....they have some cool features in the newest models that make them very safe.
