Unfortunately losing it is a frequent side effect of one of my meds and that's happening to me now ![]() To look at me it's not noticeable, but I see it in the tub, on the floor, carpet, even my pillow. Every time I find a clump I feel like crying :#( It's still thick but who knows which way this will go. Are there any vitamins or anything natural I can take to help? I know this whole thing is vain but it's certainly not helping my depression any ![]() ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

The Doc said the best thing was low stress (Excuse for you to get a 240 gallon ![]() Some say eating more ginger/garlic foods will help circulation too, but who knows. What type of shampoo are you using? The GOT2B products are great for the hair! Vitamin a/beta carotene gives you healthier hair. It's not to be taken as a supplement though - you'd get it from your ordinary diet (Dairy, liver, eggs) Vitamin B2/riboflavin is also for healthier hair. You'd get these mainly from fruits - cherries, apricots, blackcurrant, kiwi, peaches, beansprouts, broccoli, parsley, red peppers, etc. Good luck ![]() |

But he was acting like a bit of a salesman and I did some searching and found that it does bugger all for your hair. |

You could always get some of them and try them out ![]() Another thing, and folks this is weird so laugh if you will ![]() ![]() ![]() If nothing else works Theresa, say "to heck with it, it's summertime, and I wanted a cooler look and feel." heidi "I've got a great ambition to die of exhaustion rather than boredom."
