My 46 gallon planted with full stock won't get clean. With my 36 watt light it was fine, but I just put on a new 6700k 96 watt light and with the black background and gravel every little thing reflects. Any ideas? I tried a coagulant but it just cloudied the water then it was back to the way it was. I have an eheim 2213 filter. Thanks for your help.

Hi,
If the debris is on the gravel, I would lightly vaccum the
gravel down to about a half inch. If the debris is also in
suspension, and your filter is just not doing the job, I'd
use a diatom filter after cleaning the gravel.

Well if it is on the gravel, lightly gravel vac. If it is suspended revise the positioning of your intake and outlet tubes on the eheim.
