Now I have not given the go ahead but I was wondering what kind of filtration I will need. I have at my disposal a JEBO 815 canister filter rated at 1000L/hr 5L filtration capacity and two internal Resun SP3800L filter rated at 2000L/hr. Like I said I have not given the green light yet coz i have to find space and still really thinking if I'am ready to move to the big one! Well I want to know if this is adequate filtration or what kind should i be looking at? Any suggestion? I also wanted it a planted tank, if this makes a difference to the equation. Well any response will be very much appreciated |

If I read your post correctly, you will have in excess of 5,000L/HR in filter flow on your 514L tank. I would consider that more than adequate. __________ "To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research." researched from Steven Wright |

If you have the money a canister and a couple of emperors would be something worth investing on say 1 canister that has at least 20gph and a couple of emperor 400. fish1 ![]() |
