No fish in this tank, correct?

Instead of going into a long post on what you should do I am going to ask what about the articles don't you understand. Might be easier to help from that angle.

You didn't answer.... Are there fish in this tank? If so, go back to your regular cycing of the tank.

If there are no fish present you should be adding between 5 to 10 drops of ammonia per every ten gallons of tank water daily depending on the bioload you plan on sustaining once the cycling process is complete. Five drops for a lighter bioload, ten drops for a heavy bioload. As soon as nitrites are detectable you are going to begin to decrease the amount of ammonia you dose everyday by half.

You can cut the normal time it takes to cycle the tank in half by seeding the tank with objects, gravel from an already established tank.
